Cancellation / Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the order is received will only be refunded if the item has not been shipped.
• If the item has been shipped and remains completely intact, undamaged, and unopened, the original shipping fee, return shipping fee of the same amount, and a $20 restocking fee will be charged.
• For refund returns, customers must notify Elegante Drain Collection by email at info@elegantedraincollection.com within 24 hours of receipt, prior to returning the item.
• If any item is damaged in shipping transit, customers must notify Elegante Drain Collection by email at info@elegantedraincollection.com within 24 hours of receipt, prior to returning.
• Any item damaged after receipt will not be returnable or refundable.
• Any item cannot be returned for credit if unused after 30 days of receipt.

Shipping Times & Costs

• Processing: Standard processing occurs within one business day. Some items may require up to 4–5 business days to ship.
• If any item requires more than one business day to ship, the customer will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.
• Shipping Time: 1–5 business days.
• Shipping & Handling Fee: Free per order, regardless of how many items are included.
• Delivery Method: FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. FedEx or UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• We only ship to addresses within the United States.
